1. Terms of Service

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mungr, including the Mungr website, Telegram bot, Telegram channel, subscription features, payment links, messages, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Mungr is operated by CHILL OUT SPOT VM LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “Mungr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, joining the Telegram channel, interacting with @Mungr_Bot, subscribing to Mungr Pro, or using any Mungr content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.2 Educational-Only Service

Mungr provides education-only Bitcoin market mood posts and optional private education-only budget scenarios based on the monthly fiat budget selected by the user.

Mungr does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, brokerage, custody, exchange, money-transmission, or trading services.

Mungr does not tell you to buy, sell, hold, trade, or otherwise transact in Bitcoin or any asset. You decide if, when, and how to act.

1.3 No Financial Advice

All Mungr content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing provided by Mungr is financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, trading advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell Bitcoin or any asset.

Mungr does not consider your income, net worth, debts, taxes, investment objectives, risk tolerance, financial needs, personal circumstances, or legal obligations.

You should consult a qualified financial, legal, tax, or other professional before making decisions involving money, Bitcoin, digital assets, subscriptions, or financial products.

1.4 No Broker, Exchange, Custodian, or Money Transmission

Mungr is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, exchange, wallet provider, custodian, money transmitter, payment processor, bank, or financial institution.

Mungr does not:

  • Hold, custody, receive, transmit, or control user funds;

  • Hold, custody, receive, transmit, or control Bitcoin or other digital assets;

  • Execute trades or transactions for users;

  • Connect to user wallets or exchanges;

  • Request or store private keys, seed phrases, exchange login information, or wallet credentials;

  • Provide buy, sell, hold, or trade instructions.

Users remain fully responsible for their own funds, wallets, exchange accounts, transactions, and decisions.

1.5 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Deciding whether to use Mungr;

  • Deciding whether to act or not act on any information;

  • Choosing your own monthly fiat budget;

  • Using the same fiat currency throughout the Service;

  • Reviewing third-party transaction fees, spreads, minimum purchase amounts, withdrawal fees, and other costs;

  • Understanding the risks of Bitcoin and digital assets;

  • Complying with laws applicable to you in your location;

  • Keeping your Telegram, email, Stripe, exchange, payment app, wallet, and financial accounts secure.

Mungr does not convert currencies. Any fiat currency can apply, but you must use the same fiat currency throughout your use of the Service.

1.6 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, to use Mungr.

Do not use Mungr if Bitcoin-related, crypto-related, subscription, Telegram, Stripe, or online educational services are restricted or prohibited where you live.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe a user violates these Terms, creates legal risk, abuses the Service, or uses Mungr in a prohibited way.

1.7 Free and Paid Features

Mungr may offer free and paid features.

Free features may include public Bitcoin market mood posts through the Telegram channel.

Mungr Pro paid features may include private education-only budget scenarios based on the monthly fiat budget selected by the user.

Features may change, be paused, or be discontinued at any time. Future features, including referral programs, customer portal features, or other tools, are planned but not guaranteed until officially released.

1.8 Monthly Fiat Budget

Users may set or update a selected monthly fiat budget using @Mungr_Bot.

The monthly fiat budget is used only to generate education-only budget scenarios. It is not a recommendation, instruction, signal, financial plan, or investment strategy.

Do not send Mungr sensitive financial details, including income, net worth, wallet balances, private keys, seed phrases, exchange login information, bank login information, tax records, or other sensitive financial information.

1.9 Subscriptions and Payments

Mungr Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

Yearly subscriptions renew yearly until canceled.

Because Mungr Pro is a subscription, Stripe saves your payment method so it can charge future recurring payments. Mungr does not store your full card number or CVV.

You authorize Stripe and/or Mungr’s payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription plan you choose until canceled.

1.10 Cancellation and Billing Portal

Mungr Pro subscriptions renew until canceled.

You may request cancellation before your next billing period by typing /billing in @Mungr_Bot to open your secure Stripe billing portal.

Through the Stripe billing portal, you may manage your subscription, payment method, invoices, and cancellation settings. Available portal features may depend on Stripe configuration and your subscription status.

If you cannot access the billing portal or need support, contact mungr.bot@gmail.com. Please include the email used for your Stripe subscription and your Telegram username or chat ID if available.

1.11 Refunds

Unless required by law or approved by Mungr in writing, subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past payments.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact mungr.bot@gmail.com.

We may review refund requests case by case, but we do not guarantee refunds.

1.12 Third-Party Services

Mungr may use third-party service providers to operate the Service, process payments, host the website, deliver messages, store operational data, automate workflows, provide customer support, and improve reliability and security.

Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, availability, and technical limitations.

Mungr is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, delays, fees, data practices, or service changes.

1.13 Bitcoin and Digital Asset Risks

Bitcoin and digital assets are volatile and risky. Prices may rise or fall significantly. You may lose money if you choose to buy, sell, hold, trade, or otherwise transact in Bitcoin or any asset.

Mungr does not guarantee profits, returns, results, accuracy, outcomes, or performance.

Mungr does not predict Bitcoin prices.

1.14 No Guarantees

Mungr is provided “as is” and “as available.”

The Service is designed to publish the public Bitcoin market mood post at or after 11:11 AM New York time and to send eligible Mungr Pro private messages after the daily update. However, delivery times may vary because of system load, third-party service availability, internet conditions, automation delays, technical errors, maintenance, or other factors outside Mungr’s control.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;

  • Messages will arrive exactly at 11:11 AM New York time or at any other specific time;

  • Stripe, Telegram, or any third-party service provider will function without interruption;

  • Any content will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances;

  • Any education-only budget scenario will produce any result.

1.15 Privacy of Your Information and Private Messages

Mungr strongly recommends that each user keep their own information private, including Telegram account details, subscription information, selected monthly fiat budget, and private Mungr Pro messages.

Mungr Pro private messages are intended for the individual user who receives them. Sharing, forwarding, reposting, or publishing private Mungr Pro messages may expose your personal budget settings, subscription status, Telegram information, or other private context.

Do not send Mungr private keys, seed phrases, exchange login information, wallet balances, income, net worth, bank login information, tax records, or other sensitive financial information.

1.16 Prohibited Uses

You may not use Mungr to:

  • Violate laws or regulations;

  • Provide financial, investment, trading, brokerage, custody, exchange, or money-transmission services to others;

  • Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Mungr content without permission;

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, expose, or replicate Mungr’s internal model;

  • Send private keys, seed phrases, exchange login information, or other sensitive credentials;

  • Abuse the bot, spam the channel, or disrupt the Service;

  • Misrepresent Mungr as financial advice, trading advice, or a guaranteed strategy.

1.17 Intellectual Property

Mungr, including its name, brand, logo, content, messages, system design, private model outputs, workflows, and related materials, is owned by CHILL OUT SPOT VM LLC or its licensors.

You may use Mungr content for personal, non-commercial use only unless we give written permission.

1.18 Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective when posted or made available.

Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1.19 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Mungr if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the Service, fail to pay for a subscription, or use the Service in a way we believe is harmful.

You may stop using Mungr at any time.

1.20 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHILL OUT SPOT VM LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, financial losses, trading losses, investment losses, or digital asset losses arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Mungr in the three months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

1.21 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how CHILL OUT SPOT VM LLC, a Florida limited liability company operating Mungr, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Mungr website, Telegram channel, Telegram bot, Stripe payment links, and related services.

By using Mungr, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Telegram Information

  • Telegram chat ID;

  • Telegram username, if available;

Monthly Fiat Budget

If you use /mo or related bot features, we store the monthly fiat budget amount you choose.

Do not send income, net worth, wallet balances, private keys, seed phrases, exchange login information, bank login information, tax records, or other sensitive financial information.

Subscription and Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe.

We may receive or store limited Stripe-related information, such as:

  • Stripe customer ID;

  • Stripe subscription ID;

  • Stripe invoice ID;

  • Stripe email;

  • Subscription plan;

  • Payment status;

  • Subscription status;

  • Cancellation or failed-payment status.

Mungr does not store your full card number or CVV.

Website Information

If you visit the Mungr website, the service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, device information, browser type, cookies, analytics information, and website usage data.

Support Information

If you contact us by email or other method, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, Telegram username, subscription email, and message content.

2.3 How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate Mungr;

  • Send public and private Telegram messages;

  • Generate education-only budget scenarios;

  • Store and update your selected monthly fiat budget;

  • Verify subscription status;

  • Process paid access through Stripe;

  • Provide support;

  • Prevent duplicate daily messages;

  • Troubleshoot errors;

  • Improve reliability and security;

  • Comply with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.

2.4 How We Do Not Use Information

We do not use your information to:

  • Access your wallet;

  • Access your exchange account;

  • Control your funds;

  • Execute trades;

  • Store private keys or seed phrases;

  • Sell your personal information to advertisers.

2.5 Third-Party Service Providers

Mungr may use third-party service providers to operate the Service, process payments, host the website, deliver Telegram or similar messages, store operational data, automate workflows, provide analytics, provide customer support, and improve reliability and security.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

2.6 Legal Basis and Consent

By using Mungr, sending commands to @Mungr_Bot, setting a monthly fiat budget, subscribing through Stripe, or contacting support, you consent to the processing of information needed to operate the Service.

If you do not want Mungr to process this information, do not use the Service.

2.7 Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to operate Mungr, provide support, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

If you cancel your subscription or stop using Mungr, we may retain limited records as needed for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or support purposes.

You may request deletion of your Telegram-related budget profile by contacting mungr.bot@gmail.com.

2.8 Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information.

No internet, cloud, Telegram, email, Stripe, or website system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own Telegram account, email, payment account, exchange account, wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and devices.

2.9 Children

Mungr is not intended for users under 18 years old or under the age of legal majority in their location.

We do not knowingly collect information from children.

2.10 International Users

Mungr is operated from Florida, United States.

If you access Mungr from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Do not use Mungr if the Service is restricted or prohibited where you live.

2.11 Your Choices

You may:

  • Stop using the bot;

  • Leave the Telegram channel;

  • Cancel your subscription;

  • Request support;

  • Request deletion of your Telegram-related budget profile, subject to legal or business record retention requirements.

2.12 Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted or made available through the website or Service.

3. Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

3.1 Subscription Plans

Mungr Pro is available through monthly and yearly subscription plans.

Monthly plan: $7.99/month, renews monthly until canceled.

Yearly plan: $79.99/year, renews yearly until canceled.

Prices may change in the future. Any price change will apply according to applicable law and Stripe’s subscription billing process.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Because Mungr Pro is a subscription, Stripe saves your payment method so it can charge future recurring payments. Mungr does not store your full card number or CVV.

By subscribing, you authorize Stripe and/or Mungr’s payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to your selected plan until canceled.

3.3 Subscription Activation

After payment is confirmed by Stripe, Mungr Pro access should activate automatically.

If payment is pending, delayed, failed, canceled, or interrupted, access may not activate immediately.

If you believe payment was completed but access was not activated, contact mungr.bot@gmail.com and include the email used for your Stripe subscription and your Telegram username or chat ID if available.

3.4 Renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew every month until canceled.

Yearly subscriptions renew every year until canceled.

You are responsible for canceling before the next billing period if you do not want to be charged again.

3.5 Cancellation

Mungr Pro subscriptions renew until canceled.

You may cancel before your next billing period by typing /billing in @Mungr_Bot to open your secure Stripe billing portal.

Through the Stripe billing portal, you may manage your subscription, payment method, invoices, and cancellation settings. Available portal features may depend on Stripe configuration and your subscription status.

  • The email used for your Stripe subscription;

  • Your Telegram username or chat ID if available;

  • Whether you need help with the monthly or yearly plan.

Monthly-to-yearly and yearly-to-monthly plan changes may be available through the Stripe billing portal if enabled for your subscription.

To review available options, type /billing in @Mungr_Bot and open your secure Stripe billing portal.

If plan changes are not available in the portal or you need support, contact mungr.bot@gmail.com.

Do not assume a plan change is completed unless Stripe and/or Mungr confirms it.

4.2 No Investment Advice

Mungr does not provide investment advice or recommendations.

Mungr does not tell you to buy, sell, hold, trade, allocate money to, or transact in Bitcoin or any asset.

You decide if, when, and how to act.

4.3 No Personalized Financial Planning

Mungr does not evaluate your full financial situation.

Mungr does not consider your income, expenses, net worth, debts, taxes, investment objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, legal obligations, or personal circumstances.

Any education-only budget scenario is based only on your selected monthly fiat budget and Mungr’s private internal model output.

4.4 Bitcoin Risk

Prices can rise or fall significantly.

You may lose money if you choose to buy, sell, hold, trade, or otherwise transact in Bitcoin or any asset.

4.5 No Guarantees

Mungr does not guarantee:

  • Profits;

  • Returns;

  • Results;

  • Accuracy;

  • Bitcoin price movement;

  • Market outcomes;

  • Subscription availability;

  • Message delivery time;

  • Any particular user outcome.

4.6 Third-Party Fees

If you use small amounts, review your broker, exchange, or payment app fees before acting.

Transaction fees, spreads, minimum purchase amounts, and withdrawal fees can make very small transactions inefficient.

Mungr does not control or estimate third-party fees.

4.7 Currency Notice

Any fiat currency can apply.

Use the same fiat currency throughout.

Mungr does not convert currencies.

4.8 No Custody or Wallet Access

Mungr does not require and will never ask for:

  • Private keys;

  • Seed phrases;

  • Wallet access;

  • Exchange login information;

  • Bank login information;

  • Custody of funds;

  • Custody of Bitcoin or digital assets.

Do not send sensitive financial information or credentials to Mungr.

4.9 Privacy of User Information and Private Messages
